Process

Worked in Agile teams across multiple projects. Facilitated workshops with stakeholders and end-users to understand gaps in training, placements, and assessments.

Started with sketches and low-fidelity concepts, then built wireframes, journey maps, and interactive prototypes in Sketch & InVision, validated with end-users, and iterated solutions.

Created hi-fidelity UI for prototype validation and developer handoff, including style guides, annotations, and iterative feedback loops.
