I work as a Senior User Experience Consultant within the UK Digital Experience Team at Capgemini, a global digital transformation giant. I work with Capgemini’s clients from across a broad range of sectors and industries. I deliver a tailored UX, UI, and Service Design focus.
I help on a number of large, demanding, and complex projects with Capegimni’s largest global clients BP (British Petroleum) and Unilever, I am currently helping BP until December 2020, with the challenges of remote working following COVID 19 and their offshore facility workers, driving efficiencies with a result in more spanner time for Technicians saving up to 40% of their daily cost for BP.
I have also worked on several projects at Unilever, helping to drive efficiencies around KPI’s and aligning processes on their Global Supply Chain across 5 continents and 155,000 employees.
Working in the Public Sector for Government as a UX/UI Designer for the NHS (National Health Service), helping to research, ideate, and deliver user-centric applications and enterprise systems to Junior Doctors and Medical professionals, and the people who manage them, through different departments across the United Kingdom. Following digital Government guidelines for accessible design standards.
